林冠辰，目前就讀於國立臺灣藝術大學電影學系。
首部編導短片《 手排車 Shift Gear 》獲選「其中短片頻道」第五季學生劇情短片組補助，同年入圍 2022 青春影展、第 14 屆關渡電影節與第 6 屆 We 愛兩岸青年影展。第二部劇情短片《 午夜節拍 Beats Per Minute 》， 入圍第 45 屆金穗獎最佳學生劇情片，也獲選進入 2023 高雄電影節國際短片台灣組競賽、第十屆酷兒影展華人徵件競賽組、新北市學生影像新星獎及第十五屆關渡電影節觀摩單元等。
第三部劇情短片《 舞夜狂花 Midnight Valerie 》已獲第 20 屆公視學生劇展補助，目前尚於前製期，預計於 2024 年中開拍。並同時以剪接身份製作紀錄片《 歸途 Way Back Home 》作為畢業製作，將於 2024 年 6 月於臺藝大畢業展覽首映。作品經常關注 Z 世代下的同志族群，並以「愛」為核心命題。
GUAN-CHEN, LIN is currently enrolled in the Motion Picture Department at the National Taiwan University of Arts (NTUA).
His debut directorial short film, "Shift Gear," was selected for funding in the fifth season of the "Together We Film" program. In the same year, it was nominated at the 2022 Youth Film Festival, the 14th Kuan-Du Film Festival.
His second drama short film, "Beats Per Minute," was nominated for the 45th Golden Harvest Awards. It was also selected for competition in the 2023 Kaohsiung Film Festival, the 10th Taiwan International Queer Film Festival and the New Taipei City Student Film Awards.
In his upcoming short film project "Midnight Valerie," has received funding support from the 20th PTS “Innovative Story" program and is currently in pre-production, scheduled to start filming in mid-2024. Simultaneously, he is producing the documentary film "Way Back Home" as his graduation project in the role of editor. The documentary is set to premiere in June 2024 at the NTUA graduation exhibition.
Lin's works often focus on the LGBTQ+ community under the Z-generation, with "love" as the core proposition.
